Please no...

Her or Obama? Obama or her? Is there really a good choice on the donkey side this year?

I share your dislike for Hillary, but what have you got against Obama? And don't bring up that TUCC crap. ;-)

Or that he's too liberal. We know dems are liberal and repubs are conservative. That's hardly fodder for sparking discussion.

I would actually pick Obama over Hillary if it actually came down to it, but am hoping Edwards emerges as the dems pick.
Explain TUCC??

The United Churches of Christ

Right, TUCC is Trinity United Church of Christ, a church in Chicago to which Obama is connected. It's controversial (somewhat unfairly in my opinion) for it's emphasis on the black community. We hashed it out thoroughly on Freeman's blog which I assumed you had seen.

see the comments here:

Since I assume none of them really floats your boat ideologically, I'm curious about why Edwards is preferable to Obama...

Little more conservative than Obama in my opinion. I am predicting a Edwards vs. Guiliani for the President. Both are very similar so I am not sure who would win this.

Edwards might make a good running mate for somebody, but it looks like it's either Obama or Hillary's nomination to lose. I think you're right about Guliani. The excitement about McCain will be short lived, in my opinion. But then again, I never thought people would take Mike Huckabee this seriously, either.
