Walmart
I have always loved Walmart. Since working there in college to spending at least 1/5 of my income on buying good cheap products. I thought this was a good article on Walmart's support of Hurricane Katrina. I know that some of this was for public relations, but it was more than many other groups did.

I'm going to insert the fact that you did not just 'work' at Wal-Mart. You LABORED at The Wal-Mart Distribution Center from sun up to sun down..all summer...in the heat of the back of an 18-wheeler truck, lifting and lifting and lifting....and lifting some more.
I don't see how that's a good memory for you, but it makes me proud that you stuck with such a yucky job in order to support us during our first year of marriage, while still in college.
Kudos to Wal-Mart!
Good article. I used to LOVE Walmart, but now I hate that I am always spending my money there. Also, just about every city has a Walmart that they just despise. It would be great, if it weren't for all of the people! :)
I wonder if the reason so many of us "hate" Wal-Mart is because we spend so much time there? Kinda like at work, when you don't get to choose who your co-workers are? We don't get to choose how our Wal-Mart is, but the visits are inevitable. :-)
Oh and that was a good story, too. :-)
Hey, Kenny, it is May. Tell us a story.
Where have you gone?
